Refund policy

Returns

You must reach out to customer service via email at hello@styleesteem.com to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

  1. To complete a return:
  2. Email hello@styleesteem.com with your order # and the specific products you would like to exchange/return.
  3. We will email you a shipping label. You must use the shipping label we provide to return the products to us. 
  4. We will also email you a packing slip (or you can use the packing slip received with your original shipment). Please circle the products you wish to send back to us, and indicate the quantity. 
  5. Pack your return item(s) securely with the packing slip, and affix the provided shipping label on the outside of the package. 
  6. Drop your package in the mail within 7 days of receiving the label from us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and damage free. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom items
  • Sample sale items
  • Final sale items
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return item is received we will confirm that it is in unworn and damage free condition. We will send you an email to confirm the status of your return. If your return is approved we will refund your order, less the shipping and handling cost ($6.95 for U.S. orders), to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please wait 3 business days from notification of refund to see the refund appear in your online statement.

If your refund has still not posted, please contact your credit card or bank with the refund confirmation information.

If you’ve done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@styleesteem.com.

Final Sale Items

Unfortunately final sale and sample sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchange

If an item is defective or you wish to initiate an exchange for other reasons, please email us at hello@styleesteem.com to report your exchange and request a shipping label with tracking. We will cover the shipping cost if your item is defective.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you either via mail or email.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
